Why one-to-one

Fifty minutes that are entirely about your voice.

Choirs and group classes are wonderful, but they rarely have time for what is specific to your voice. In a one-to-one lesson we can slow down, find exactly where effort or tension creeps in, and make the small shifts that change how singing feels.

What we'll work on

Technique that feels easy. Singing that feels like you.

  • Breathing that supports your sound without strain
  • Expanding your range and smoothing the breaks between registers
  • Strength, stamina and agility, practised over soulful backing tracks
  • Releasing tension so high notes and long phrases feel easier
  • Preparing songs for auditions, performances and recordings
  • Finding your style in soul, gospel, pop, R&B, jazz or musical theatre
  • Staying calm and confident when you perform

Beginners

Always wanted to sing? You don't need experience, just curiosity. We go at your pace in a warm, judgement-free space.

Students & graduates

Group training and one-to-one coaching serve different needs. Lessons give your individual technical challenges the focused time they need.

Artists & professionals

Refine your sound, build consistency and bring technique and expression together for the performances ahead.
