Online singing lessons on Zoom
Wherever you are.Let's draw it out.
Live, one-to-one singing and voice lessons with West End performer Marcia Richards. The same focused attention as a lesson in the room, from your own home, wherever you are in the world.
Live, not pre-recorded
A real lesson, just without the journey.
Every online lesson is live and one-to-one. I hear your voice in real time, notice where effort or tension creeps in, and adapt each exercise to you there and then. You leave with a clear plan and practice that suits your voice and the music you love.

Questions
Good to know.
Are online lessons as effective as lessons in person?
For most singers, yes. Over Zoom I can clearly hear pitch, tone, breath and tension, and many students find singing in their own space helps them relax.
Do I need special equipment?
No. A laptop, tablet or phone is enough. Headphones or a simple USB microphone can help, but they are optional.
What about the delay on Zoom?
Every video call has a slight delay, so we don't sing at exactly the same moment. Lessons are designed around this: I demonstrate or play, you sing, and I give feedback straight away.
Which time zone are lessons in?
I'm UK-based, and Calendly automatically shows my availability in your local time.
What currency are prices in?
British pounds (GBP). Your bank converts the amount if you pay with a card from another country.
Who qualifies for the student rate?
Anyone whose main activity is attending school, college or university. I hold a current DBS check, so parents of younger students can book with confidence.
